From the Business Manager

Thank you to everyone who volunteered at our working bee last Sunday and assisted to beautify the school grounds. The contribution of our school parents, our Parents & Friends group, students and staff is greatly appreciated.  We will look forward to watching the plants and trees grow in the months and years ahead.

Our Annual General Meeting of company members is planned for Tuesday 18 May at 6pm in the Multi-Purpose Hall. RSVPs prior to the 11th May are essential to ensure that any COVID requirements can be adhered to. The notice of meeting will be distributed to members via email in the near future. If an election for Board Directors is required this process will be managed by AFS & Associates and will be an online vote prior to the AGM, with the outcome announced at the AGM. This process will commence mid next week.

 

Our maintenance team have been busy over the school holiday break with various jobs completed including painting, testing of emergency lighting and RCD testing.  Dean has also refurbished our Food Technology theory room and coordinated contractors to paint, install new carpet, cupboards and air conditioning.  Refurbishments of other classrooms are planned for later in the year.
