HOLs Program

On top of our usual work and projects, Hands on Learning has now progressed into the school grounds with gardening and some garden maintenance. Our first job was adding of a thick coat of mulch on the garden areas.

This we have done so far in front of the RFL (Ready for Learning) / Library. Here, we have also transplanted some plants that were growing naturally near the HOL room area.  So far so good, these plants have not shown signs of stress from being replanted.

We have recently completed adding a thick coat of mulch near the Information Technology rooms. We are still not sure what to add there but we are working on it. Once we have completed adding a few plants there, HOL will turn their attention to the garden near the administration building.
