Primary Armidale Diocesan Cross Country

It was perfect weather for some Cross Country running on Friday 7th May, in Barraba. Our talented St Philomena's students competed against students from all over the Armidale Diocese and did an amazing job!

Hamish Crittenden was selected to represent the Armidale Diocese at Polding, placing 6th in his age group.  A special mention goes to Caleb Fleming who stopped to assist another competitor with breathing trouble and still placed 8th in his age group. We are very excited to announce that Caleb will also represent the Armidale Diocese at Polding, being selected for displaying great sportsmanship.

Congratulations to all runners, it was a great day!
