Mother's Day Event

I trust all our mothers enjoyed their special day on Sunday. We also remember and pray for those who could not be with us.

Thank you to the Foundation Team for leading the main liturgy in the hall as well as assisting the other teachers with the liturgies in the other locations in the school. The Foundation students did a marvellous job reading and singing.

Thank you to those parents who assisted at the Mother's Day Stall last week as well as to those mothers, grandmothers, aunts and significant others who joined us in celebrating Mother's Day at the liturgies and morning tea. The weather was kind to us to be able to gather on the lawn to share this time with one another.

The Mini Vinnies assisted throughout the morning, distributing roses and biscuits. The Japanese Taiko Drummers also entertained us with their skills to conclude the morning. Thank you to all these students.

Enjoy the images from the morning.

Dental Program

With the easing of restrictions, St Therese is now permitted to offer students and their families a Dental Program provided by SEMPER Dental.

Documentation regarding this program has been sent home with students for families to consider. The program is optional, therefore families are encouraged to send back the information sheet only if they would like their children to receive this service at school. It is being offered on Thursday 26th and Friday 27th May 2022 and the dental van will be at our school for these two days only. All forms will need to be returned to school by Thursday 19th May 2022 for pick up by the dentists in readiness for the program.

If you have any further questions regarding the dental program, please contact me via email or phone.

NAPLAN

NAPLAN is scheduled for Year 3 and 5 on Tuesday 10th May, Wednesday 11th May & Friday 13th May 2022.

Crazy Hair Day

The Junior Students (Years 1 and 2) have been learning about the difference between needs and wants.

We have also been learning about the importance of doing things to help people.

We have decided to run a

Crazy Hair Day on

 Friday the 20th of May

Please donate some non-perishable food (pasta, cans, cereal, rice) to take part in Crazy Hair Day.

These foods will be donated to people in need.
