Year 9 & 10 Vaccines

Dear Parents and Guardians, 

Year 9 Meningococcal ACWY vaccines and Year 10 Aboriginal students Influenza and Pneumococcal vaccines will take place on campus on the 25th May.

Consent forms were sent in the mail at the end of last term. 

Please have your student return all signed consent forms to Student Access no later than 23rd May. Extra blank forms can be collected from Student Access if needed. Students will only be vaccinated with returned, completed and signed consent forms.
