IMPORTANT REMINDER
Families are reminded that students should not be attending school if there are any symptoms of illness. At the first sign of COVID or flu like symptoms please get tested and remain isolated until results are received. If your child comes to school exhibiting symptoms of illness, you will be called and asked to pick them up.
2022 School Fees Update
All camp payments for Hub 3/4 and 5/6 are due on Friday 3 June 2022. Payment must be received by this time so your child / children can attend camp.
Camp for Hub 3/4 students is $220; camp for Hub 5/6 students is $300.
We understand large payment outlays can be difficult and prefer that our families manage payments through a regular direct debit to the school bank account.

APPLYING FOR CAMPS, SPORTS AND EXCURSIONS FUNDING (CSEF) ASSISTANCE
Applications for CSEF discount will close Friday 24th June!
Do you hold either of the concession cards below?
Parents and carers holding either of these concession cards may apply for $125 per child to use for payments relating to Camp, Sports and Excursion (CSEF).

Financial assistance will be allocated to your family’s account and paid towards the 2022 excursion levy and activities planned by St John’s.
All families that hold a concession card will be entitled to a school fee discount.

Medications Reminder
If your child/ren requires medication at school, please complete the attached Administration of Medication Guidelines document providing us with written permission to administer any medication ie: Eye drops, Antihistamine, Ventolin, Epipen etc.
We also require an up to date Action Plan every year from your doctor to accompany the medication if it is in relation to Asthma, Allergies, Anaphylaxis and Epilepsy.
Please provide the school with the item/s required as soon as possible at the start of the year, as it is of primary importance that we have up to date Action Plans/Medication in case of an emergency.

If so, please log into the Community Portal and update your details or email the office via
admin@sjfootscray.catholic.edu.au so we can update our records. This includes changes to emergency contacts, additional numbers to call if needed and any changes to employment details.
