School Photos 2022 – Caulfield Junior College

Monday 16th May is sibling photo morning.

Sibling photographs will be taken on Monday 16th May, between 8.30am and 10.30am.

• All siblings will be photographed.

• Photos will be taken in the Music room space.

• Students will be photographed in alphabetical groups using surname as follows:

• Parents - If your child’s surname begins with A, B or C, please bring your child to school at 8.30am and enter via the *** "TeamKids gate". ***

• Parents – If your child’s surname begins with D, E OR F, please bring your child to school at 8.45am and enter via the *** "TeamKids gate". ***

Please ensure your children are neat and tidy, with hair tied back, and in full school uniform on the day.

Photograph times listed below. Surnames beginning with

A,B or C: 8.30 am
D,E or F: 8.45 am

• Students in the earlier groups MUST enter CJC via the TeamKids gate (Gate 1 on Sebastopol Street) & meet at the World Map, where staff will be present for supervision. Students are required to register with staff and be ticked from a list.

• All other students need to arrive at school as usual (9.00 am) and head straight to their classroom.

School Photos 2022 – Caulfield Junior College (Main photo day was last Monday)

As Arthur Reed now have a platform that allows families to view their photos before ordering, no orders were required before photo day, and none can be completed online until after the images are available.

Once families have completed the registration process, they will be notified when images are ready to view and purchase.

Students who were new to the school in the past couple of months will have received their codes after photo day.

Annual school photos have been taken by Arthur Reed Photos. (Sibling photos are yet to be taken, on Monday)

To view the images of your child and order photos, you will need to first register online.

1. Go to https://order.arphotos.com.au and enter the 2022 image code for your child (from their personalized flyer)

2. Tap on ‘Add another child’ to enter the image codes of any siblings

3. Fill in your email and mobile details and then review all details before confirming your registration

That’s it! When 2022 photos are ready, you will be notified by email and SMS.

Even if you registered last year, it’s important that you do it again each year using your child’s new image code to link their photos for the current year with your contact details.

To ensure you are ordering school photos for the current year, please wait for notifications that 2022 images are online before placing orders.

All photo orders will be sent directly to the address you provide when ordering.
