Are you a year 10, 11 or 12  PSC student who is keen to use their design skills to help address the challenging social issues the world is facing today? Would you like to win $1000 and a two week paid design internship with Monash Design Health Collab? Would you like to have your work displayed on the Monash University and  Parkdale Secondary College online platforms?

If so, you need to submit a 'Design for Good' by the 1st of June for the Annual ‘Monash Design Prize’ competition. 

The design can be presented in an optional presentation format such as a poster campaign, product design, interior or public space, wearable device.

The Visual Arts team at Parkdale SC cannot wait to see your exciting designs. The VA4 design studio is supervised and open on Thursdays after school for any students keen to use this time to work on a design entry. ART AND DESIGN CLUB POSTER DESIGN COMPETITION

Are you creative and get a buzz out of seeing your work on display? Would you like to win an Arts Materials Pack? If so, then the PSC have the competition for you!

The Visual Arts Department  are in need of an eye catching A3 size poster to promote our ‘Art and Design Club.’ The winning design will be displayed throughout the school and on the PSC social media pages and newsletter. If you are interested in developing a design in your own time, we would love to see it. The VA4 design studio is open after school on Thursdays for students to work on their designs and to discuss their work with a Visual Art teacher if required. The aim of the “Art and Design  club is to bring creative, like minded students together to have some fun and relaxation creating. The following information is required on the design: An engaging and original graphic (to grab the attention of readers) Main heading: Art and Design Club Sub heading- For year 7 and 8 students only. Every Wednesday in the VA4 design studio.
