COVID-19 Update

'Important COVID Update' letter

All parents and students were emailed a letter today with specific details about mass gatherings and parent pickup processes.

Learning From Home Survey

We kindly ask that all families complete the 2 minute survey to indicate your child's ability to access the internet and adequately learn from home.

Within this survey families are also required to confirm their ability to have a responsible person(s) pick up their child at short notice if necessary. The College will work with individual families who have challenging circumstances (e.g. geographical location).

Learning From Home Plan

The College is fully prepared for circumstances where students may require to learn from home in either a short or longer term capacity. Our 'Distance Education Plan' will be implemented should all or the majority of students need to learn from home for a period of time. This is also available on our website.

We are conscious that your child may need to learn from home for short periods of time (they may be symptomatic, COVID positive or need to isolate due to being a close or casual contact). In these instances (where normal school remains in operation), we will implement our already existing 'Continuation of Learning' process.

Please see both the the Distance Education Plan and the Continuation of Learning Process below.

COVID-19 Site Response Plan

We are finalising our processes in regards to managing any COVID-related outbreaks, close or casual contacts and symptomatic students. This will outline the role of students, the College and parents in managing a situation and will be shared with the College community once finalised.
