Pentecost

On  Sunday 20th May the Church celebrated the Feast of Pentecost. The word Pentecost is Greek and means "50th day." Fifty days after Easter Sunday, we celebrate the coming of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and their followers and the beginning of their Earthly ministry to make disciples of all nations. Pentecost also officially marks the end of the Easter season.

May the gifts of the Holy Spirit be with you all this week.
