Before and After School Care Program
Hi families; I am so excited to share that our first full week of Before and After School Care for 2019 had been a success. Getting to know one another, meeting new friends and welcoming the old, is just the first step in building up our OSHClub community. Some of the activities the children participated in are, group and team building play, such as, cricket, fruit salad and octopus and creative play through play-doh and beading.
If you have any suggestions or ideas for what we can implement into program, please feel free to email or pop by during our open hours, we would love hear all about it.
Please enrol your children for Before and After School Care.
You never know when you might need us!
We cannot accept a child into our care without an active enrolment, and this can take a couple of days to process. If your child has a medical condition which may require medication while at After School Care, such as asthma or an allergy, we MUST have that medication on hand at the program. We are allowed to share Epipens with the school due to the shortage, but any other medications must be provided to OSHclub to stay at the program.
If you are having any trouble with the online enrolment and booking system, please feel free to call our customer service staff on 1300 395 735 and they will talk you through the process, help access your account, change your password etc. Also, if you miss the 24 hour online booking cut off, you can call them and they will add your child to the roll. You can also send us a text message on 0401 501 661 and we will add your child manually, though a late booking fee will apply.
If you are having any difficulties with your OSHClub account, please come see us, Stephanie and Milly, in the OSHClub room between 7am-9am or 2:30pm and 6pm and we will help you sort them out. You can also contact us on 0401 501 661 or at corpus@oshclub.com.au and we will get back to you.

REMINDERS: If you need to cancel BSC or ASC please do so on the internet 48 hours in advance, otherwise leave a message on 0401 501 661 on the day, or pop in to let staff know you are collecting your child so that we know where the children are. OSHClub is open 2:30-6:00pm. There is a $2/minute fee for each child that is picked up after 6pm.
