NOMINATIONS NOW OPEN FOR 2019 NATIONAL 

GRANDPARENT OF THE YEAR AWARDS

Over the years since we started the Award, we have read many inspiring and at times humorous stories told from the viewpoint of Grandkids.  The one constant in all the stories is the acknowledgement of the endless time and tireless effort Grandparents give to their Grandchildren. 

The Grandparent of the Year Award is a small token of recognition for all Grandparents.

Nominations are now open in two categories, Grandparent of the Year and Community Service Grandparent of the Year.  Entry is free and full details and forms are available through www.grandparentsdaymagazine.com.au

Entries must be the original work of the author and submitted in English. Supporting comments can be up to 500 words in length and must provide a brief overview of the nominee, highlighting their outstanding attributes along with examples citing the nominee’s contribution to their family or community.

Nominations are now open and need to be received no later than midnight on 15 September 2019.  Winners will be announced on 1st NOVEMBER 2019.
