Mother's Day - 10th May

Mum's, nanna's and special people are invited to our Mother's Day breakfast, from 7.30 - 9am. Order breakfast via www.trybooking.com/BCKFY or by returning the below form to the office by 7th May.

Bookings are essential.

The Mother's Day gift stall will run from 9am - 11.40am and children will have the opportunity to purchase a gift or two from our fabulous range. Gifts range in price from $2 - $6.

Volunteers are needed to help serve breakfast from 7am. We have two chefs who will be doing all the food preparation, we just need help with serving and cleaning up. Please sign up via this LINK or leave your details at the office. 

Election Market - May 18th

Thank you to the families that have already signed up to help at our Election Market on Saturday May 18th. This is a huge community fundraiser and we appreciate any help you can offer.

We will be running a sausage sizzle and egg& bacon BBQ, cake stall, plant and gift stall and have face painting, craft and glitter tattoos for the children. There is still plenty of opportunities to help and the roster will be open right up until Thurs 16th (so you have time to sort out your weekend sport activities). If you can't help on the day, we also need people to bake cakes and biscuits and slices and yummy food for our cake stall. 

Trivia Night - June 21st

A Roaring 20's Trivia Night is being planned for Friday June 21st, at Petrie Park Community Hall.

Book your baby sitter, organise your costume and start swatting up on trivia for a fabulous night out. Our very own Mrs & Mr Kechayas will be running the night, so you know it will be energetic and fun.

Do you own or work for a business that can donate an item or service? We are seeking donations of any items that can be used in Silent Auction hampers - Kitchen goods, gardening goods, kids games and books, wine, & chocolates.

Anything brand new and in original packaging would be gratefully accepted and can be left at the office. We will put it to great use.
