What one memory do you most treasure?

A memory I most treasure is being in the kitchen with my Nonna. From the age of 4 I spent almost every day in the kitchen with her, where I learnt family recipes that have been pasted down from generation to generation.

What would a "perfect" day look like for you?

A ‘perfect’ day for me is being outside, whether that is hanging out by the pool, going to the beach, gardening or taking my two fur babies out for a walk.

What super power would you like to have?

I wish I had the ability to freeze time because that way I could take a really long nap and it wouldn’t cut into my day. Also, I’d be able to get everything I needed done and I could make the most of my day.

What did you want to be when you were younger?

I wanted to be many things as a child. When I was four, I wanted to be a fairy, just like Tinkerbell. That was only a phase and didn’t last long. I then wanted to be a vet because I loved animals so much. I was always rescuing injured animals, insects or reptiles, even if they didn’t really need rescuing.

What are you most grateful for?

I am most grateful for my husband, fur babies, family and friends. They all mean so much to me and I am the person I am today because of all the amazing people in my life.
