Scholarships for Year 8 female students
Applications are now open to all eligible Year 8 girls enrolled at Australian Government schools to apply for a Harding Miller Education Foundation scholarship commencing in 2019.
Girls in economically disadvantaged families don't have access to the equipment, resources and services that girls from more affluent families have. We are awarding scholarships to high academic potential girls, facing socio-economic hardship. The scholarship provides computers, internet access, money for school expenses and access to tutoring and mentoring.
When you educate a girl you break the vicious cycle of poverty.
Applications for the scholarship close 28th September 2018 and can be accessed via the website below:

Year 9/10 2019 Elective Subject Selections
Last week students across Years 8 and 9 completed their elective selections for 2019. This was completed via the WebPreferences portal, and the students should now have a printed copy of what they have entered. It is important to note that these are preferences at this stage, and as such are not necessarily final. If any changes do need to be made students will receive support to do so early in Term 4. A catch-up session for those students that were absent will be run at the beginning of Term 4.
If you have any questions about the selection process please contact the college and ask to speak to Sarah Cameron (Teaching and Learning Leader).
