College Production

The St Bede’s College Production for 2021 will be the hilarious Australian play, Cosi, by Louis Nowra. Set in the 1970’s, a struggling university student takes a job at a Melbourne Mental Institution where he is asked to put on a play with some of the patients. Things quickly go awry as he interacts with each of the quirky characters in the cast. This madcap comedy is just as funny as it is confronting, often balancing between the two and asking the audience to do the same. Who: This is a senior production and is open to years 9-12 (St Bede’s College Mentone/Kilbreda College/Mentone Girls’ Grammar School)

When: Auditions are being held on Thursday 18 February from 3.30pm-6pm

Where: The St Bede’s College Auditorium (Mentone Campus)

What: No need to prepare anything, we’ll provide you with what you need. Just come with an open mind!
