ICT - Information Communication Technology

At Numurkah Primary school our students use, practice and learn ICT skills on an ongoing basis. Attached are photos of Mr Smith’s class working hard on their Mathletics tasks. 

Our students and teachers have access to many wonderful learning programs such as Epic, Wheelers, Reading Eggs and Mathletics to mention a few. Our students have access 

to iPads and Netbooks, where students are given the opportunity to learn how to navigate different types of devices. For example, students will often practice typing on the 

netbooks, whilst they will practice scrolling and zooming options on the iPads. It is great to see our students constantly improving and challenging themselves with their ICT skills, 

as many future employment opportunities will rely on these skills.
