Wellbeing and Engagement

Don't forget to bring your hat to school everyday.

Community Art Installation

Our grade 4/5/6 students created a community art work reflecting on their year in 2020. This art work can be seen on the footpath around our school. Hope you all enjoy it.

Support for Families

Qualified counsellors are available to:

Secondhand Uniforms

Unfortunately we will not be able to hold a secondhand uniform sale before the end of the year. We will be collecting donations of good quality used uniforms on Monday 14th December. Collection boxes will be available at each entry to the school.

We will hold the sale in the first week of term 1 2021, if restrictions are lifted.

Please do not send secondhand uniforms to the office. Contact Sonya via Sentral if you have any donations you cannot drop off on December 14th.

Misplaced Property

Please ensure that all items of clothing, lunchboxes and drink bottles are clearly labelled with your child's name. Names wash off easily and need to be checked regularly. Items cannot be returned to your child if they are not named. Each double classroom will has a tub where misplaced items will be placed.

Please be aware that our students will usually find any items misplaced within their classroom, OHSC or in the playground around where they were last playing. Please ask them to look in the areas where they have been working and playing, if they have misplaced something.

Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund

The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) provides payments for eligible students to attend activities like:

  • school camps or trips
  • swimming and school-organised sport programs
  • outdoor education programs
  • excursions and incursions

Families who hold a current healthcare card are eligible to receive this payment. Further details will be available in our school newsletter in early 2021 on how eligible families can access this funding.
