Last week VET Acting Screen students had the privilege of working with Casting Agent Victoria, Producer Warren Parrót, Agent Ian White and Actor Shaun Robinson 

Students will now apply this industry knowledge for future opportunities when filming on set.

VCE GAT 

Thursday 15 June

All our students studying VCAL and a Unit 3 / 4 subject sat the GAT. We would like to congratulate all of our kids as they took it in their stride and strove to do their best.

As a reward, our students were provided with a healthy lunch to sustain them through a long day. They had the opportunity to play Jenga and watch a movie to help them relax and refocus.

Whole School Assembly

On Tuesday 11 July we had our whole school assembly followed by our VCE sub school assembly where the requirement to come to school in full school uniform was reiterated. 

Students were reminded of the school’s car policy and its requirements, the importance of attending school every day and attending all classes. 

Valedictory Dinner 

The Senior School is excited to announce the date for the 2023 Valedictory Dinner held to celebrate our Year 12 cohort’s achievements. 

This year the venue is Leonda By The Yarra, 2 Wallen Rd, Hawthorn on Thursday December, 7.

School Photo Quotes

We would like to remind our Year 12 students to work on developing a quote which they would like to accompany their Year 12 photo, one that represents who they are and how they would like to be remembered! 

The quotes need to be handed in to the Senior School Office as soon as possible so that the SRC can finalise the page for the Salamander magazine.
