Hoop Time 

Many students from Year 3 – 6 have recently taken part in Hoop Time at Eagle Stadium where they competed in basketball against other local schools.  This has been a very popular programme and we thank the GNLC staff and the parent volunteers who have assisted to make it happen. One of our Year 5/6 teams has made it through to the next round in November.

Changes to the Australian Curriculum

At Good News Lutheran College, we believe in providing the best education for students, and to achieve that we are committed to staying updated with the latest changes in educational standards, including new developments in the Australian Curriculum. One significant change that has taken place recently is the introduction of Version 9.0 of the Australian Curriculum, Health and Physical Education (HPE). This new curriculum comes with several enhancements, but a particular focus has been placed on consent education.
