Class/PCG and Individual Photos

Personalised photo order envelopes have been distributed for the upcoming individual and Class/PCG photo days on Monday 31 July (Junior School and Senior School) and Tuesday 1 August (Middle School). Please note some important information regarding the photo days:

  • Students are required to be neatly presented wearing full Winter uniform (no jumpers).
  • Students will need to present their envelope to the photographers on photo day, containing their payment. All information relating to pricing, payment and printing is in the envelope for  consideration.
  • If a student has lost their envelope and requires a replacement, please direct them to Miss Creighton in Student Services for a new envelope.
  • New students to the school this Term will be given a photo envelope and further instructions by the photographers on-the-day when they attend with their Class/PCG.
  • Students can take family/sibling pictures during recess and lunch on both photo days – the photographers will provide them with a family/sibling envelope and further instructions when they present for their photo.
    • It is recommended that if siblings are in both the Junior School and Secondary School, they visit the photographers between 8.00am - and 8.30am on the photo days, as the lunch break times do not match.

Apply for the TC Parent Council

There will be a number of vacancies to fill on the Trinity College Parent Council (TCPC) in the coming months when some members finish their tenures, so the College is calling for expressions of interest from parents willing to be involved.

Any parent who is interested is asked to submit a very brief nomination, telling the TCPC a little bit about yourself, why you are interested in being involved, and any skills, talents or ideas you could bring to the TCPC.

The TCPC enables parents of current students to engage in and support College activities with the view of enhancing the community experience at the College. They achieve this by providing support and advice to the College Leadership Team in relation to areas of parental support. Additionally the TCPC, in collaboration with the College, help manage social events for the College community, including the annual Parent Ball. More information on the roles and activities of parent groups can be found here.

Please email your expression of interest to tcparentcouncil@gmail.com by Monday, 31 July. We hope to welcome our new members at the next TCPC meeting (the Annual General Meeting) on Wednesday, 23 August. Many thanks to the departing TCPC members who have made a substantial contribution to the Parent Council during their membership.
