Music News at Trinity

Concert Band Members promoted.

Last year as part of the Concert Band program, 10 students battled against the odds to work together and become the first Concert Band that Trinity has seen in many years. At our first College assembly this year the members of this group were honored with badges and became the Senior Concert Band in order to make way for the new group starting this year.  This senior group already has 2 excursions in the planning stage and many more exciting adventures to come this year.

Instrumental Music Program.

Places in the Instrumental Music and Concert Band programs have filled fast this year with the Concert Band program full for most instruments and other tutors with full days or limited places already. Students who are interested in learning can still complete enrolment forms and will be contacted as places become available.

New Strings Tutor

It is with great excitement we welcome back Emma Piera to tutor our Violin students this week. Emma has tutored previously at Trinity and currently lives and teaches in Geelong. There are still a couple of spaces available for lessons on Violin and Cello for students of any year level. Contact Reception for an enrolment form.

Vocal Ensemble

A new vocal ensemble was launched a fortnight ago and it was wonderful to see so many new faces coming along from all year levels. Rehearsals are Wednesday, break 1 in the Jubilee Centre, new members welcome, no vocal experience necessary.
