Year 7 Immunisation Program

The Department of Health is offering parents of students in Year 7 the opportunity to have their child vaccinated against:

  • diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough) - 1 injection.
  • human papillomavirus (HPV) - 2 injections at least 6 months apart. It is important your child receives both doses for best protection.

The Department of Health vaccination team will be visiting the College on Wednesday 23 March to administer the first round of vaccines. Information and consent forms will be sent home with your child this week.

Please return completed form by Wednesday 9 March, even if your child is not receiving the vaccine.

Please note that all students are vaccinated in school by a nursing team with expertise in immunisation.
