Nude Food Update - student council:

The student council has begun the important task of promoting and establishing a nude food campaign for 2019. Phoebe K, Izzy A and Eve G are passionately promoting the program across the school creating awareness and enthusiasm for a valuable cause. All student councillors have begun speaking with classes, with the hope to have majority of students at Ripponlea understanding the benefits having a nude food lunch at school has on keeping our school grounds beautiful, the wider community streets beautiful and ensuring our waste doesn’t end up down at the beach. We are also conscious of trying to reduce items that find their way to landfill.

Last week at assembly Izzy gave some great tips to get us thinking about how to pack a nude food lunch box. Some of these include: cut up vegetable sticks for example carrot, celery, cucumber, capsicum and cherry tomatoes. Lunch box legend of the week will be returning very soon and a nude food classroom tally is also just around the corner.
