Year 7 Camp

It was 12 February when we headed off to camp with the people we knew little about, but by the end of the trip everyone  knew  each other. The amount of friends made through this camp was uncountable. Not only were there friendships a plenty, but activities were amazing. Many of the experiences we did pushed us out of our comfort zones; we did things we probably never would have done otherwise. There were great cabins ranging from the stunning cabin view of the lake view to the sleek more modern style of the guest flat. The food was superb, and they never shied away from feeding us and they had amazing and kind staff. This camp was probably one of the best experience’s I have ever had and I would definitely go again in later years and do all the activities again!

Year 12 Jackets 

The closing date for the ordering and payment for the 2020 Year 12 Jacket is February 24th. No more orders can be made after this date. The minimum order (fully paid) is 25 jackets. The jackets will be available approximately eight weeks after the order is closed.

CLC Tutoring Program

The Library / CLC has and always will be the heart of any school.  At St John’s Regional College, the Library is a vibrant, exciting place to be in at any time of the day.  One has only to walk into this space to witness lessons in progress, ongoing Year 12 study sessions,  students reading, borrowing books, playing games, printing or simply catching up with friends.  There are also the occasional knitting clubs (run by Ms James) and a Rubik’s Cube club.  The daily lunchtime movie is also a favourite for a large number of students.

From Tuesday to Thursday, the CLC offers FREE Tutoring programs for students from all year levels.  These sessions run between 3:30pm and 5:00pm.  Apart from our brilliant tutors, and teaching staff also always available to assist and give freely of their time.

Come in and experience the buzz for yourself, or just come in and say ‘Hello’ to the friendly Library team!
