Push Up Challenge 2020

A small team of KWS swimmers, led by Team Manager Jo, are attempting the push up challenge this year. Our team of 10 needs to complete 3046 push ups in 21 days. The aim of this challenge is to raise awareness around mental health, the 3046 represents the number of lives lost in 2018 through mental illness. We are also hoping to raise a little bit of money for Headspace, so if you would like to support us we would really love you to donate just a few dollars to encourage us to achieve our goal.
