WHEELCHAIR SPORTS

A massive thanks to GippSport Street Games for the use of their wheelchairs last week! 

All PE classes had a great time trying out different wheelchair sports such as basketball and tennis. The Year 12 PE class has been looking at the fundamental movement skills required for different sports and can be pictured comparing the differences in skills between standard basketball and modified basketball! (Did you know wheel chair basketball is played with a standard height ring?!) 

Well done to all the students who got in and gave this activity a go across the week!
