VCE Drama Solo's

On Thursday the 8th of September the VCE Drama students performed their solo performances for friends and family, as part of their coursework for this semester. 

This term, the students have spent most of their lessons devising their own performances, based on provided stimulus material. 

The students had a range of topics to base their performances on, each being very different from one another. 

The students were required to perform for a minimum of 5 minutes each, and they had to meet certain requirements written within their stimulus material. 

Some of the noteworthy main characters that the students created were: 

The Detective, The Emcee, The Potato Prince, and The Tourist, among others. 

It was a fabulous night and all that attended agreed that it was an excellent display of skill in the Performing Arts. 

The year 12 students will go on to perform their solo performance for three assessors early next term and we wish them well on this important examination.
