German

In Year 8 German we have been learning about pets and animals. We have learnt many new nouns and some new verbs. We have played some games with cards like memory and go fish, that has helped with memory retention of words and has been a lot of fun. In the photo you can see my lost pet ad which is the written task that is one part of my CAT.

French

During Term 3, the year 7 French classes were introduced to fashion, seeing it is an important subject in the culture and country's social life, as well, as being an important part of its economy. Students were taught how to name the different garments and how to describe them with the use of adjectives. They also were able to describe the appearance of the models. It's hard to believe these students have only been studying the language for 3 Terms. Bien fait les années 7!
