Solos & Chamber Night
– Tuesday 6th September at 6pm - Theatrette
On Tuesday 6th September, the GSSC Instrumental Music Program presents our second Solos and Chamber Night for the year. We have a number of students from Years 7-12 ready to present pieces they’ve been practicing. The concert is in the Theatrette at 6pm and is free.
VCE Music Performance: Unit 4 Concert – Change of Date
We have had to move our VCE Music Performance Unit 4 concert, due to clashes, so this will now take place on Wednesday 14th September.
Our six Year 12 students will be presenting their whole performance exam programs, which they need to have ready for assessment by late October!
Do you want to learn an instrument?
It is never too late to start learning a musical instrument and we have a number available to hire at school. In particular, we currently have plenty of French Horns, Trombones and Tubas available. If you would like more information, see one of the music staff on level 1 of the Enterprise building.
