Study space available at Bairnsdale Shire Library
Bairnsdale Library reserves meeting room 2 as a dedicated study room every Monday afternoon from 3.30 pm – 6.00 pm.
There are also study carrels available for use anytime the library is open which are located upstairs in the Study Zone at Bairnsdale Library.
Finally, Bairnsdale Library is open until 9.00 pm every Thursday night as part of the Libraries After Dark initiative. Some students may find this as the perfect time and benefit from a quiet place to study. Free snacks and drinks are available.

Council's draft Environmental Sustainability Strategy 2022-2032 is open for comment
East Gippsland Shire Council knows our natural environment is important to people living in and visiting East Gippsland. The natural environment contributes to our health and wellbeing, amenity, cultural identity, supports biodiversity, tourism and underpins much economic activity.
This is your opportunity to guide direction for the next 10 years. A draft strategy has been created and we want to hear from you to help set the priorities.
