Lunchtime Activities

Students actively participate in a variety of clubs and activities. Many of these are suggested by students themselves, dependent on passions and interests. The school lunchtimes are never dull with students engaging in a range of activities.

There was however some feedback via our recent Parent Opinion Survey about providing a greater range of lunchtime activities for our secondary aged students. We have responded positively to this and increased our range of options and/or number of session per week.

Staff provide the following opportunities for our secondary students:

In addition, Year 11/12 students may remain in the Transition Building at lunchtimes and choose from a variety of activities. Recently the Banyule Council has created an artificial grass area on Loyola Reserve that is proving to be a popular spot for our teenage students to congregate and talk, the Banyule Council is also about to renew the play equipment on Loyola.

If parents have any further suggestions or ideas please feel able to contact me.
