SCHOOL DISCO Friday the 18th June.

Session 1 - 5.45pm - 7pm: Foundation to Grade 3

Session 2 - 7.15 - 8.30pm: Grade 3 to  Grade 6

*Grade 3 students can choose either session (but not both) 

The disco is run by parent volunteers who have given up their time to run this event for the students.  If issues arise please remember all our helpers have the best intentions but may not have event management experience.  

Simply ask to speak with the Disco Co-Ordinator (Lance Greenwood) if you have concerns – all helpers will know who that is.

 By allowing your child to attend you agree to the below rules and guidelines. 

Parents:

• Escort children to the entrance door and ensure they are signed in and have entered the hall.
• Please feel free to enter the hall with your child to help them settle if you need to, but we appreciate it if you can leave the hall after that in keeping with COVID guidelines.
• A nearby classroom will be open to parents with tea and coffee if you wish to stay in the school grounds.
• Collect children from the exit door (they will not be allowed to leave without a helper sighting a parent first).
• Parents are asked to refrain from taking photos which may include other children.

Student Rules:

• No phones or cameras.
• No stiletto style shoes.
• Not permitted to leave the hall under any circumstances without being collected by a parent.
• No eating or drinking in the hall (only the foyer).
• If you need help during the disco look for one of the helpers in a fluoro vest.
• Be respectful towards everyone at the Disco and follow directions from helpers.
• Have fun and dance!

Additional event details:

 The Student Disco is an event run by the PFA and volunteer parents (not the school) on Friday 18th June. *Gold Coin Donation at the door to help cover costs. Icy pole/ice cream sales at regular canteen prices.
