House Cross Country
Monday 9 May
During Session 1 (GOAL), all Year 8 students will be competing in the BSC House Cross Country.
Tuesday 10 May
During Session 4 (Year 7 Sport), all Year 7 students will be participating in the BSC House Cross Country.
All Year 7 and 8s are required to participate in the cross country; it will be a 3km course around the school. Students can walk the course if they do not think they are able to run the whole distance!
Year 9, 10 and 11 students will have the opportunity to sign up via a Microsoft Form that will be available this week to select their preferred date (either Monday or Tuesday) to participate in the cross country. If a student in Year 9, 10 or 11 wants to participate, they need to run the whole course.
- Year 9, 10 & 11 girls will be running 3km.
- Year 9 boys will be running 3km,
- Year 10 and 11 boys will be running 5km.
The top 10 males and females from each age group will then move onto representing BSC at Kingston Divisional Cross Country.
Should a student wish to participate but is unable to due to illness or interschool excursion that day, they will need to send Ms Radford a screenshot of a run they have completed and tracked via GPS that has the distance and time of their run.
Any questions please contact Ms Radford.
