Women in STEAM

On Friday 13th May all female identifying students in year 10 had the opportunity to meet and hear from a range of women in different areas of STEAM.  The students had the opportunity to ask any questions they had around their journeys, careers in STEAM and explore pathways to their desired outcomes. The students will have the opportunity to have mentoring from the speakers in a following workshop on May 25th.

Market Day!

On Tuesday 10th May, Year 11 Business Management students held Market Day, running businesses of their own creation for the HPSC community. They spent several weeks planning their stalls and invested their own money to cover all operating costs. Some businesses made a tidy profit and their “taxes” will be donated to charity. All teams gained a fresh perspective on the challenges of running a business. Congratulations to our future business people!

On Thursday 28th April, students from years 10-12 attended a VCE and Careers Expo at Caufield Racecourse.

Big Science Competition!

Congratulations to the students who participated in the Big Science Competition on 11/05/22. These student's stayed back after school to get their mindset focused on all things Science! The competition was a 50 minute online test and all students worked hard to complete the questions before the timer went off. They conducted themselves with honor and distinction, and upheld the school values at all times. A huge pat on the back to these young representatives of our college.
