Bunnings Sausage Sizzle – Sunday 31st October

We have been fortunate to get a new date for the Bunnings Sausage Sizzle at Creswick Rd, Ballarat. Once again, the PFA are asking for volunteers for shifts between 8.30am-4pm. If you can assist, please leave your details at the School Administration Office.

NEW DATE - SpringFest Ballarat – Harness Racing Wednesday 3rd November

Fancy a night out (we are hoping restrictions ease!)?

What: Eastwood Vets Harness Racing Night

Where: Ballarat and District Trotting Club

Cost - $40 per head for a three course meal

Time – First race is at 6.30pm

SpringFest Ballarat

The SpringFest Ballarat committee have been working behind the scenes looking at all different scenarios for SpringFest 2021 and are delighted to confirm, we are planning to proceed in 2021. Albeit, slightly different!

To allow us to tick the Covid regulations, the plan is to move SpringFest to the Ballarat Showgrounds which will include a Food Truck Festival on Friday 26th November and SpringFest Market on Sunday 28th November 2021.

Please keep these dates free if you can, as I will be asking for volunteers early next term to help out at both events. In return, we do receive a generous donation back to the Miners Rest K-6 community. More information to follow.

Please update your child’s profile to reflect the correct teacher and room (this saves a lot of time when the caterers are distributing the lunches into the classroom containers).
