Instrumental Music

The Instrumental Music program has been busy throughout term three, with students practicing exercises, techniques and songs each week. The program was able to run successfully online and on site thanks to our fantastic teachers and students, who were flexible with their time and worked together to make the program a success.

To celebrate the achievements of the students, an Instrumental Music Lunchtime Concert was held on Thursday September 2nd using the Microsoft Teams App. The concert allowed students to perform, socialise and provide feedback to one another in a supportive environment. All teachers and students had a great time and are looking forward to the term four Instrumental Music Concert.

Term three was also Matthew Hoyne’s last as our fantastic guitar teacher as he has accepted a position at another school to continue his music education adventure. The staff and students thank Matthew for his amazing efforts and dedication to the program.
