FA	Jacob Fuller	A Love of Learning	We have been blown away with the effort and dedication Jacob puts into all of his work. He wrote an especially fantastic piece of writing on his shape horse, sounding out lots of words to describe his picture. You are doing so well Jacob. Keep it up!
FE	Isabelle Jackson	Perseverance	Congratulations to Isabelle, who has demonstrated perseverance towards her reading. She has shown enthusiasm, excellent focus and has developed a strong love towards reading. Well done, Isabelle!
1A	Lachlan Soifer	kindness	Lachlan has a kind and caring manner. He is thoughtful of others and is a great friend to all. Lachlan is always willing to help his teacher in any way he can. He is polite to his classmates and teacher and a pleasure to have in 1A.
1D	Nati Lopez Andrade	A Love of Learning	Nati always works diligently when learning about our sound of the week and has been able to apply these skills when reading. She wrote some wonderful descriptive sentences about the Speedy Sloth. Keep up the amazing work Nati!
1H	Harvey Fisher	Perseverance	Harvey has shown great perseverance with his literacy this year. He works hard each week to learn our new sounds and enjoys completing Tim’s quiz and reading alien words to practise these skills. Well done for putting in such a great effort Harvey, keep it up!
2H	Ari Gaudin	Kindness	Ari is a conscientious and thoughtful member of our class. Every week he steps it up and makes sure that everyone feels supported, either by giving his classmates positive feedback, looking out for them or offering help. Ari is very hard working but his good nature towards his peers is what makes him stand out. Keep it up, Ari!
2P	Harvey Cooper	Perseverance	Harvey has shown exceptional dedication and persistence in his learning. He has been diligent and focused and should be extremely proud of the results of all his hard work. Well done Harvey!
2S	Hannah Smyth	A love of learning	Hannah is receiving the Student of the Week award as she has been showing an exemplary effort in class this week. She has been challenging herself in class, always opting for a more difficult task. Well done Hannah!
3B	Mikayla Shepard	A Love of Learning	Mikayla should be commended for her excellent focus and commitment towards achieving her learning outcomes. She maintains concentration during individual and group activities, always tries her best and produces work that is creative and of a fantastic standard. Congratulations Mikayla!
3M	Annika Dahlstrom	A Love of Learning	Annika shows great kindness to all her peers and teachers. She is a supportive student, who regularly considers the needs and feelings of those around her. Annika demonstrates great enthusiasm in assisting others, whether this be taking on classroom jobs, comforting a friend or helping prepare for colouring club she is always ready to lend a helping hand. Thank you for spreading your kindness throughout 3M Annika!
3T	Eliza Griffiths	Confidence	3T may have a future film star in their presence! Eliza did a fantastic job presenting her Reader’s Theatre performance of the BFG to her peers last week. She worked cooperatively in her group and positively shone as ‘Sophie’, one of the lead characters. Well done on a fabulous performance Lizy
5L	Charlie Vakrinos	Teamwork	Congratulations Charlie on a fabulous day at the District Cross-Country this week! Charlie did a wonderful job during his own race, but was also a great part of our Black Rock cheer squad, cheering on all our runners. Well done on a great day Charlie!
5T	Alyssa Mussa	A Love of Learning	Alyssa is interested in all learning activities, listens attentively, and makes a solid effort to avoid distractions that could interrupt the learning process. She works with focus when working independently and when working collaboratively with her classmates. Keep up the focus Alyssa!
