This was also evident when competing in the cross-country event where he demonstrated great determination. Keep up the wonderful work Billy! |
1H | Emmy Chisholm | Perseverance | Emmy shows great perseverance toward everything she does. She approaches all tasks with a can-do attitude and encourages those around her to do the same. 3B | Lily Lewis | Creativity | Congratulations Lily for the enthusiasm you showed during the rehearsal and performance of our Readers’ Theatre play from ‘The BFG- Frobscottle and Whizzpoppers.’ Lily showed creativity, confidence and the dramatic techniques of vocal tone, body language and facial expressions to convey emotions and to bring her character to life. You’re a true entertainer! |
3M | Archie Andrews | Love of Learning | Archie has shone last week when he enthusiastically took on the role as a ‘Narrator’ during our ‘The BFG’ readers theatre. He showed excellent teamwork while rehearsing the scene with his group throughout the week and even took the initiative to bring a ‘Frobscottle bottle’ prop in to add to their performance. Archie confidently delivered his lines and ensured the scene ran smoothly even with the ‘Whizpoppers’ and laughs. Great work Archie! |
5D | Freddy Hope | Love of Learning | Freddy has shown great enthusiasm during our reading sessions by demonstrating his fluency while reading to the class and sharing insightful opinions about the story and author’s writing style. |
