AUSVEG Education and Training Resources

AUSVEG is the prescribed peak industry body (PIB) for the Australian vegetable and potato industries. They have recently a career booklet (see attachment). Their website also has a range of education and training resources for students and growers (AUSVEG Education and Training Resources | AUSVEG)

Country Week

Country Week is fast approaching with teams completing their final training sessions in the coming weeks. The students are looking in good form. Thank you to the Country Week Managers, Ben Elliott and Georgia Sharpe, and the coaching team for all your work leading up to this event. 

Students not attending Country Week are expected to attend school throughout Week 10 (12:30 pm finish on Friday the 30 June 2023). This is a great opportunity to catch up on any missed work and get ahead on assignments, observations and theory work along with various Short Courses running during this week. Students will work in different areas of the College through the week, an adapted timetable will be released closer to Week 10.
