Message from Allison:

Hello from your P & F  committee. 

Welcome to term two and off the back of what was a very eventful Term one. 

A number of events have kept us busy so far. 

We started the year with our welcome night at the Golf Club.  The Golf Club cooked the BBQ, and we had some games kindly donated by Jess Meanley. Thank you to all the teachers and families who came out and enjoyed the night. 

We held our joint event in March with Elmore Events Centre - Elmore Tractor Pull. Unfortunately, the weather was very hot, which deterred the attendance numbers that we saw last year. On the upside, the kids had a ball watching Matt Mingay and the Hot Wheels Stunt Team. I'm sure every kid took home a shirt or a Matchbox car. The bar was kept busy the whole time.

 I can not thank enough the helpers we had over the four days of setting up, working and packing down. A huge shout-out to Shane and his team from Rochester Electrical. Without his amazing team and ideas on how to stay cool, I'm sure we would not have survived the day/night.  

Also, thank you to everyone who donated their time to help make the kitchen run like clockwork. Your time means the world to us.  And Lastly a huge shout out to the parents who represent the school at the Tractor Pull. Its a massive effort

Who loves a great Easter raffle?  - The whole school, The number of amazing donations we received was outstanding.  And so many prizes going to school families were lovely to see.  The ticket sales helped raise a whopping $2241.00.

While the school is being put back in order after the flood, We at the P & F are creating wish lists for our funds. Items like play equipment, bike racks, and teacher and children's wish lists. While it's hard to put our wishes into fruition right now, we need to wait for the right time and a master plan to be created so that we know we are doing the best for the children and school. Watch this space. We will get there.

Events Coming Up - Put in the diary.

 P & F Meeting - 13 June at 7 pm - all welcome. **

August 12th - Golf Day - 4 ball Ambrose any combination. 11 am hit off to be held at the Rochester Golf Club. - A helpers list will go out closer to the date

Ladies' Day to be announced soon 

Elmore Field Days - October 3,4 and 5th. We need gate staff, and a roster will come closer to the dates. Many people are needed for this, so please keep this in mind or even a friend/family that may be willing to help.
