Diocsan Netball Day

5 x Teams

On Thursday 22nd June, Kildare took five netball teams to the Diocesan Netball Carnival at the Equex Center in Wagga. Teams competed against Mater Dei Catholic College from Wagga, Xavier High School from Albury and St Francis College from Leeton.

All Kildare teams are to be commended on their performances, attitude and sportsmanship displayed on the day. Our Year 7/8 Navy team and Year 9/10 Navy team went through the competition undefeated. Both teams won their grand finals against Xavier High School in tight matches. They now progress on to the NSWCCC Championships in August. We wish them all the best.
