SSV Coburg District Sport Competition

St Fidelis senior students have commenced playing sport against schools in the local area.

It was an exciting morning on Friday for our representatives who made their way by bus to play

St Bernard’s.

Round 1

Basketball Boys

St Fidelis 40 points defeated St Bernard’s 26 points

Basketball Girls

St Fidelis 60 points defeated St Bernard’s 16 points

Softball Boys

St Fidelis 20 runs defeated St Bernard’s 19 runs

Softball Girls

St Fidelis 15 runs defeated St Bernard’s 11 runs

Bat Tennis Boys

St Fidelis 30 games defeated St Bernard’s 20 games

Bat Tennis Girls

St Fidelis 32 games defeated St Bernard’s 13 games

Congratulation to the students who competed against St Bernard's. They are to be commended on their fantastic sporting behaviour by displaying respect for the opposition and supporting the members of our teams.

This weeks games will be played against AIA commencing at 9.30am. This round will be home games.

Bat Tennis and basketball will be conducted on the Benny Courts.

Softball will be conducted at Shore Reserve.

Parents are most welcome to attend and support the students.

Congratulations to Mikaila (5/6MM) who come 2nd in the 400m sprint in the Little Aths Regional Athletics Carnival on Saturday. She ran the 400m sprint in 1 min and 12 secs.
