Fathers Day Stall

On 29 and 31 of August, PiC was excited to be able to run a Father’s Day stall for Junior School students! We could not put on these stalls without the support of staff and a group of generous helpers. We particularly want to thank (sincere apologies if we miss any of our lovely helpers):

  • Year 11 student Lance Jones, and parents Lloyd and Cherry Jones, for the beautiful wooden coasters;
  • Deborah Dinsmore, Rachael Hemelaar, Angela Parsons, Linda Poole, Samantha Dingemanse, and Karen and Benn Clayton for fantastic packaging, organisational support and generous donations;
  • Rachel Dean and Jacqueline Chidirikire for the most incredible and delicious baking;
  • Wholesome Food House for their kind support and supply of quality products;
  • Custom Cuts for their generosity with time, supplies and wonderful ideas!

Thanks to the generous support of these parents and community members we were able to raise around $2500, which will directly benefit our students. One project the PiC is currently supporting is lunch-time clubs in the Junior School – the students are enjoying the fun and social connection of cup-stacking, colouring, and much more!

If YOU are interested in helping out the Mother’s and Father’s Day stalls in 2023 – we are super keen to hear from you! Please contact Margaret on 0437 771 584 or Amy at KamphuisA@lcs.tas.edu.au
