2015 Premier's Reading Challenge (PRC)
Student Reading Record Sheets are available from your teacher, the Library, the PRC website www.prc.sa.edu.au or attached below:
Once you've finished reading the 12 books, place your completed Student Reading Record in our specially marked Library PRC box. Make sure your Full Name and Learning Area are clearly written and all books read have been signed by an adult. You can keep on going and see how many books you can read!
The 2015 PRC finishes on 4th September!
PRC KIDSPACE:
Go to the website at www.prc.sa.edu.au and take a look at KIDSPACE. Here you can ‘Rate-a-read’ and each month (from February to September) you can win a book prize. You can also 'recommend' a read. Students can vote on books they like and also leave a review for others to read; press the ‘LIKE’ button attached to books and also check out the top ten likes.
PRC 'Hall of Fame' Honour Roll:
If you son/daughter has completed the Challenge for seven years, a hall of fame medal will be awarded in November. In recognition of this outstanding achievement your child’s name can be included in the PRC hall of fame honour roll on the website. However this requires parent consent, and therefore we require you to tick ‘YES’ and sign the ‘Hall of Fame Honour Roll Consent’ section of their 2015 PRC Reading Record Sheet.
