Hi, I’m Fozarn N and I am the Year 9 SRC for Darwinia. I’m here to let you know about thelatest updates.Firstly, the SRC and the HLT team have been setting up some charities and preparing for some events:

● Backpacks 4 Vic kids

● Cultural day (activities and the main event)

● Planning further events

Secondly, in the past week or so we’ve been planning some events to raise money for our charity Backpacks 4 Vic kids. We have done one of the main fundraising events which is the raffle drawing event which was held in the first term of school. But right now we’re thinking of the following ideas for events:

● Artwork drawing competition

● Dodgeball competition!?

● Movie at lunch

We will be thinking of more ideas within the next few days. The SRC Team has also been planning for the Cultural Week with custom songs for the bell, and other activities during the Cultural Week and we hope you like these. And lastly, we need to reach our goal of 450 dollars (or more) for our charity.
