Last Thursday, the Year 12 History students attended the History Teachers Association HSC History Study Day at the University of Sydney. The boys were able to hear from four different presenters on a variety of topics from the Modern, Ancient and Extension History courses. This proved an invaluable experience at this stage of the year with the HSC Trial exams being sat early in Term 3. Thanks to the HTA for putting on this very useful annual event which is very popular with staff and students throughout NSW. The Ancient History class were also able to visit the world class Nicholson Museum during the day. Thanks to Mr Masters, Dr Meale and Ms Allington for supporting the St Pius historians on the day.
