CRC2NYC: The New York study tour
For the first time in the College's 35 year history, a study tour is being organised to the Big Apple, New York City. The biggest and the most amazing city in the world will play host to our students studying a variety of subjects so that they can complete a part of their assessments in this amazing location.The city that never sleeps will be the classroom for a group of students from Catholic Regional College Sydenham in 2017.

NEW YORK DEPARTURE DATES:
Thursday 29 March 2017 – Sunday 9th April 2017
(Last 2 days of Term 1 plus 8 days of the school holidays during the Easter School Holiday Period).
COST OF TRIP: $3800 per student for the base tour price.
Subject specific additions of up to and no more than $400 may apply depending on the subject specific program being undertaken.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Be enrolled as a Year 11 or 12 student at CRC Sydenham and studying:
- Arts and Studio Art, Dance, Theatre Studies
- Economics
- Geography
- International Politics
- VCE-VET Hospitality
- VET Banking
Be up to date with all College fees in accordance with the agreement with College.
Be up to date and have satisfactorily completed all school work.
Be endorsed by the Cluster Coordinators to attend.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
2016:
27th July: Applications Released (Twilight Evening at CRC Sydenham)
8th August: INFORMATION EVENING - CRC2NYC: The New York Study Tour
Payment 1 due ($1000 deposit - Secure place and book airfares)
7th October: Payment 2 due $1500
2017:
10th February: Final Payment $1300 (subject levy may also apply $400)
29th March: Depart for New York City
