Week 9!

The term seems to be flying past! In week 7 of this term our year 6 students completed the online practice test for the annual RE test. This practice provided the school with results and how we were fairing as a school cohort across the diocese. Our year 6 students applied themselves well and this was evident in their results. Congratulations to them. This Thursday the 17th they will be sitting their actual Year 6 RE test via the online platform. We wish them all the best. 

A reminder to all First Holy Communion and Confirmation candidates: your payment needs to be paid to the front office to receive a booklet! You cannot begin the home preparation without it; therefore you will unable to complete the Sacrament. This Sunday is the first Catechesis session in the Church with Father Gleeson at the 8.30am Mass. Candidates MUST attend 3 out of 4 of these sessions. The Sacrament celebrations are to be held in the Church throughout August. Please speak with Father Gleeson about determining a date for this. It can be a group or individual celebration, your preference. 

This Friday there will be an Infants Liturgy of the Word for K-2 in the school hall with Father Gleeson. It is sure to be a beautiful and reverent experience.
