Learning & Teaching in 3/4I

A Snapshot of Learning in 3/4I

3/4I Home Learning #4

I am so proud of my students in 3/4I for the incredible resilience, perseverance and positivity they have shown during Remote Learning. They have produced some amazing work and became technological experts whilst doing so, and learnt to problem solve in a remote learning world.  Our 3/4 students have faced the challenges lockdown brings with it whilst keeping a smile on their faces. This is how we feel about Home Learning...

Stavros: 'I have enjoyed home learning because I can work at my own pace'.

Frankie: 'I have enjoyed Home Learning Because at school we do Kahoots and lots of fun things, also we get to go on to the oval at lunch time. ITS THE BEST! And I can have lots of help with the helpers here'.

Izabella: 'I’m having a good time doing work at home because I like doing stuff with my family and having some time to catch up on work'.

Jack: Home learning is great because I get to see everyone in my family and there isn't a lot of work.

Estelle: 'I enjoy home learning because I can finish in my own time and can come back to it again'.

Participating in our class google meets was just one of the ways students could interact with one another during Remote Learning. Over this week students participated in a Digi Tech lesson where they collaborated together on completing activities. Mr Bode created a fun and interactive Performing Arts activity and Mrs Wakeling had students reading in the interactive library. It may have been cold and wet outside but that didn't mean Mrs Tobin’s PE lessons didn't happen, everyone was encouraged to move away from the desk and get moving!.. A healthy body means a healthy mind.

Please enjoy having a browse at some of the wonderful work 3/4I have been doing during Remote Learning.

We are so glad to be back in the classroom!
